Being local was very important. Set up was a fairly easy process. The instructions were clear. The fee included all documents needed for MLS. The office had a REAL person answering the phone, was friendly and was knowledgeable about the process. Every question was answered promptly and they worked with my chosen title company. I have used similar companies before and this by far was the least expensive and the best. I would highly recommend this company.

Vanessa did a fabulous job selling our property (which another agent had told us would be difficult to sell and even had suggested that we try to sell it by owner instead of listing it in the MLS). Within 48 hours of being listed in the MLS, we were under contract!! Vanessa is organized, takes great photos, knowledgeable, professional, and a pure joy with whom to work. If you are coming from out of state Andy is a huge help to get the process started. He did extensive looking for us until we were able to narrow down the area we preferred. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Honest, and wants the buyer to be informed about the good and bad details of a potential house. Highly recommend.
