If you are coming from out of state Andy is a huge help to get the process started. He did extensive looking for us until we were able to narrow down the area we preferred. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Honest, and wants the buyer to be informed about the good and bad details of a potential house. Highly recommend.
