WONDERFUL! So very helpful and great guidance through the whole process.

Nancy helped us from the start. She provided guidance and advice when we were trying to decide whether to remodel and modernize the house or sell as is. She put in a lot of time doing research that helped us rule out some other options that were not as ideal for us. Yep, she was diligent about running the numbers. We decided to do a remodel/ modernization. Nancy helped us find a great contractor, Lombardi Construction LLC, and she was there guiding us from the planning phase through the completion of the project. Again, she put in a lot of time and gave a lot of advice on what is a good return for our dollars invested. Nancy put her heart and a lot of time into getting this house sold. She followed up checking on the property often making sure everything was in good shape. We had a great line of communication with her the whole time. Lastly she was on top of the paperwork, one example is a renewal of a termite bond. We appreciate the advice, the guidance, the information, and all the time and hard work she did for us to get this property sold!

The Closer

I've had a great experience working with Nancy. She was diligent, committed, and engaged for this first-time seller. I spoke with Nancy often regarding her ideas for getting the land sold. I had to sell the land quickly and Nancy made that happen. I will definitely use her again if I decide to stay in Florida. Highly recommend.
