We couldn't be happier with our experience with Will Navarro. His expertise is invaluable. We had, and have, total trust in Will. Selling our home and buying our new home was flawless. I was skeptical about using a realtor at the beginning of the selling our home. Now, after our experience with Will, I can't imagine doing it without one!!
He delivered on all points discussed. Provided excellent advice and feedback. Skilled negotiator. Very responsive.
Will Navarro has our unqualified recommendation as a real estate agent. During the recent sale of our home in Oviedo, Will provided excellent customer service through his superb knowledge of the housing market, attention to detail, and integrity. He took the time to answer our questions, providing objective data regarding the market and comps in the area. Will was especially apt at amplifying the best features of our home to further its appeal. He produced a top-notch MLS listing with excellent photography. Even in the slow market our home had great traffic and sold within weeks of listing. Finally, Will really cares for his clients and guides them every step of the way during what would have otherwise been a very stressful journey. We highly recommend Will Navarro and his team!
Will was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was in constant communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Will did a phenomenal job negotiating and I was very impressed when I saw some of the communication with the other agent. Highly recommend and will use him on all future real estate transactions.
Always accessible, knowledgeable, and ready to assist.
