We worked with Shannon to purchase our new home which we closed on last month (March 2021). When we started working with her we had already been in the market for a little over 6 months. From what we learned in that time we are in an aggressive seller’s market with record low inventory and most houses have multiple offers within 1-2 days of listing and for over asking price. We were so stressed about purchasing our next home that we were ready to put our search on hold and rent for a year until we started working with Shannon! She figured out what we wanted before we did and she helped us with every single step in the process from securing our mortgage to appraisals and inspections and finally, working with the title company on closing. She took the time to talk us through each step of the process as many times as we needed to feel comfortable. We are so happy we followed her guidance through the process as everything she advised us to do turned out to be exactly what was needed (even if we didn’t know it at the time). We ended up purchasing our home for less than asking price and could not be happier now that we are in it! We hope to purchase property in the future and will definitely come to her again when that time comes. In summary if you are thinking about buying or selling a home you will not find anyone who cares more about you and your home or with more expertise than Shannon!

If you are coming from out of state Andy is a huge help to get the process started. He did extensive looking for us until we were able to narrow down the area we preferred. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Honest, and wants the buyer to be informed about the good and bad details of a potential house. Highly recommend.
