7 real estate offices in Lake Butler

Joan is a dedicated and thoughtful realtor who takes time to really understand the needs of everyone she is working with. Her communication and willingness to really dig into the details to keep us on track for closing was greatly appreciated. Even though we were out of state trying to purchase property, she made the transaction as simple and headache free as possible! Highly recommend!!

Kristi Crane is who we use for all of our real estate needs. She is very knowledgeable and is always available when you need her. The team underneath her is what sets her apart from everyone else. Her transaction coordinator and assistant, Lauren is unmatched. She went above and beyond both times we have sold and purchased property. We've never been left in limbo on any transaction, and stayed fully informed at all times. If you need someone who knows Alachua County and its surrounding rural areas, make sure to call Kristi!

Dean Weaver has been fabulous to work with in selling our property . Such a great communicator, knowledgeable of markets and a wonderful experience.
