About Leslie

I have been a Realtor for over 25 years. I love working with Buyers and Sellers. It is such a rewarding career. There is nothing more satisfying than assisting people in achieving their goals. Of course there is a lot of navigation throughout a real estate transaction. Working over the years I have been able to gain knowledge and insight in the art of negotiating which can make or break a deal. Every new transaction is different and comes its own challenges and that is what makes it such an exciting adventure. I love meeting new people and seeing return customers who through the process have become new friends.

Knowledgeable, Hard Working, and Kind

Joan was present at all showings, all 8 inspections and even arranged for an electrician to fix a few things to ensure everything was right. She was communicative, and was prepared for every step from listing through sale. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Look no further for experience and expertise!

We vetted a number of agents before we found Joan. None met our high expectations to act as our buyer agent; we wanted a proven track record and someone with deep knowledge of the local market. We were fortunate to finally locate her profile online, and when we met in person she was exactly who we needed. She understood our needs and wants, and helped us go through the process of refining our vision of what our next home should be, and ultimately buying it. Her personality and communication skills were perfect for moderating the highs and lows of house hunting. She remained grounded and was a positive influence throughout. When we got down to the negotiation stage, she helped us put together a deal that was a win-win for both buyer and seller. We would heartily recommend Joan to anyone needing assistance buying or selling a home in the Alachua region.
