She went above and beyond with communication, she was always accessible & we were able to get answers by text, email or phone any time we had a question or issue. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate obviously from her years of experience and confidently guided us through the entire process. She was an awesome liaison between the seller who I had lost all patience for. And had it not been for Joan’s hard work, patience & persistence I would have walked away from the sale.
