We have used Dawne to sell multiple properties in and around Gainesville, and she never ceases to amaze us. For our most recent closing, her marketing was next level and the video and niche advertising were so effective she actually found our buyer all the way in Pennsylvania! Dawne always makes a complex process feel easy and we couldn't be more grateful for her expertise. I do not hesitate to recommend her if you are buying or selling property in or around Gainesville, FL.

I am so thrilled with my realtor Dawne Nuri. She just sold my house in two weeks and she was just as wonderful when she found that house for us 8 years ago. She takes a personal approach to working with you and your home. You can tell from the moment you meet her how caring and compassionate she is. She took care in making sure I had notice for showings and to ensure my cats were not let out. The descriptions she wrote about my house to advertise it were incredible. While reading them, I stated, "Wait, this is an amazing house. Maybe I should stay." I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling. She is the only realtor I would recommend to my friends and family and I used to be a realtor.

Dawne helped us sell our Gainesville home from a far. We are located in the Tampa area and coordinated everything with her via phone and emails. Not only is her communication on point, she went above and beyond in all aspects of the transaction. From the initial prepping of the home for sale, which needed some minor things, she had her team of professionals already in mind to help. She scheduled and coordinated them to do the work, and she herself also helped to beautify the home inside and out to prepare for showings. Upon the listing going live, she did extra marketing outside of just posting it on the MLS for sale and waiting. This showed us her additional expertise to get the home sold. While the market was a tough one during our listing, she stayed on top of all prospects who saw the home, following up with other agents and potential buyers, did ongoing marketing and held multiple open houses. We truly believe that Dawne's professionalism, expertise and non-stop hustle is what ultimately got the home under contract. While under contract, she continued to monitor the process from start to finish, giving us updates along the way for the inspection, appraisal and any other news as she got it until the home officially closed. We are extremely appreciative of all that Dawne did for us and highly recommend anyone interested in buying or selling a home to consult with her, she is a remarkable and a stand out Real Estate Specialist, not just an average agent. We have other Gainesville area properties and should the need to sell any arise, she will certainly be the one and only phone call we make! Thank you so much Dawne!!
