Dawne helped us sell our Gainesville home from a far. We are located in the Tampa area and coordinated everything with her via phone and emails. From the initial prepping of the home for sale, which needed some minor things, she had her team of professionals already in mind to help. She scheduled and coordinated them to do the work, and she herself also helped to beautify the home inside and out to prepare for showings.
