Kennedy Logan was the listing agent for the property we found in Cedar Key. We are from the Tampa area, so we relied on her for answers to our many questions (many, many). If Kennedy did not know right away, she worked relentlessly to get the answers. When we realized halfway through the process that we indeed wanted a survey, she managed to get it done by the deadline. Kennedy is hardworking, professional and very friendly and easy going. She made the process fairly stress-free, and I would work with her again.
