Ashley and her team were the best. Entering into first time home buying my husband and I were so nervous after hearing how horrible and stressful the whole thing can be, but it wasn’t! I credit Ashley and her team with that. There was always simple easy directions and steps to follow with enough information to keep us informed about what was going on but never to over whelm us. Ashley and her team were also always available to answer questions no matter the time of day and we must of had 10000 questions by the time it was all said and done. At closing Ashley and her team gifted us with the nicest gifts and the best part a binder of all the things you’ll need to reference as a first time home buyer! We really enjoyed our time with Ashely and love our home so much. We hope as our family grows and needs change we will be fortunate enough to use her again.

Prior to working with Cheryl, I had a horrible experience with another agent. It took threats of attorneys from my lender to end that deal! Once I narrowed down what I wanted from the options, she made calls to the listing agent and found the PERFECT home for me! The closing process was very well explained and she even stayed at my new house while I wasn’t available to go through the things that needed to be finished up with the builder! Cheryl went ABOVE and BEYOND what she needed to throughout the entire process and I’m THRILLED to be in my very own brand new HOME! Thank you SO much Cheryl! If I ever do this again (not in the plans anytime soon!) my first call will be to Cheryl!
