Patient! Not pushy! Encouraging and supportive!

Prior to working with Cheryl, I had a horrible experience with another agent. It took threats of attorneys from my lender to end that deal! Needless to say I was apprehensive and had serious doubts that I even wanted to try again to purchase a new home. Cheryl was AMAZING! She took the time to actually listen to what I was hoping for and sent me several options of homes that may check my boxes. Each time something came available, Cheryl emailed me the information. She made herself available for showings that worked with my schedule. She had all the details organized for each and every house we looked at. She understood what my apprehensions were (I was TERRIFIED of ending up with 2 house payments!) She never pushed and allowed me to work through the nerves on my own time. She took the extra steps in forming a relationship with my lender in an effort to make the process easier for me. Cheryl kept this intimidating process as simple as possible! She sent texts with my “to do” lists that were step by step which made something that seemed impossible very easy! Once I narrowed down what I wanted from the options, she made calls to the listing agent and found the PERFECT home for me! The closing process was very well explained and she even stayed at my new house while I wasn’t available to go through the things that needed to be finished up with the builder! Cheryl went ABOVE and BEYOND what she needed to throughout the entire process and I’m THRILLED to be in my very own brand new HOME! Thank you SO much Cheryl! If I ever do this again (not in the plans anytime soon!) my first call will be to Cheryl!
