We recently purchased a newly built spec home from Aldana Realty in Dunnellon, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Even though it was already completed, Aldana was highly proactive; they made sure to touch up every single item on our walkthrough list right before closing, and we haven't had a single issue since we moved in. ​What stood out just as much as the house was their professionalism. They were incredibly welcoming and receptive to us bringing in our own financing company, as well as our own realtor, Cindy Burkhardt. Sue is hands down one of the most knowledgeable realtors that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I listed my house with her back in May of 2025 with a handful of conditions due to our circumstance which i did not think would sell in time. With her guidance and her network of support i was able to close a month sooner than expected with an extra 23k than I originally expected. I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner than Sue Mosley.
