She is honest and straightforward while also being able to help you see the positive potential in multiple possibilities (an optimistic outlook is very helpful when you are fiscally limited :) ). Masks and wipes in hand, she made sure to safely show me the best options on the market during a global pandemic! Tara was available and responsive to every question, patient through my doubts, and a saint during our closing process. I can't say enough good things and I would reach out to her in a second should I be selling or looking (which I hope I won't any time soon!).
