Henry is the best!
Henry knows the local real estate market inside out, and will help you with every detail in preparing your house for sale. He will tell you what to do to help the house present better, and he will give you recommendations for the type of help you need, but also understands what can be left alone, since not all $$$ spent will increase the bottom line. He is a very nice, kind, thoughtful person, and extremely helpful. He will go the extra mile to help you. He also communicates quickly and well, and stays in touch through all parts of the process.
