I feel so blessed to have stumbled into a website listing and found this wonderful realtor. She helped us sell our house much faster than we anticipated- she had a buyer in mind and we had a full price offer the day it hit the market. She also also helped us through the contract, purchase and building phase of our new home. She was very responsive and thorough to every task thrown her way. Genile is awesome! She was always emailing me houses to look at. Any time I wanted to go see one (or a bunch) in person, she would respond to my text within minutes, and she was almost always able to meet me at the house on the same day.
