We met our agent, Kathy Marlowe, at an open house a year before we actually bought our home, and from the minute we met her she was attentive to every detail of what we were looking for, and reassured us that our biggest concern, buying a property from out of state, was not an issue at all. When we called in March to say we were ready, that we had completely changed our minds on property type, and that one of us was deployed 7,500 miles from home – Kathy didn’t even blink, she just set about making it all happen. She immediately helped us narrow our search and find the perfect house in just a few weeks. Her expertise in our market of interest was paramount in allowing us to make location decisions, and the professional relationships she has developed in the community provided excellent referrals which allowed us to breeze through a seamless closing in less than thirty days. Kathy has gone above and beyond before, during, and since our closing, and we could not be more grateful! We will be confidently recommending her for years to come. Thank you, Kathy!
