We had the pleasure of working with Martin Rake to buy our new home in Palmetto, FL, and later to sell our existing property in Sarasota, FL. We can’t recommend him highly enough! Martin guided us through the home-buying process with exceptional knowledge and support. He took the time to understand our needs and helped us secure our new home in a competitive market at a desirable price. After the purchase, Martin assisted us with selling our Sarasota property. His marketing plan and good understanding of the local marketplace led to a relatively quick sale, and his communication throughout was outstanding. The entire experience was smooth, and we felt supported every step of the way. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and experienced agent, look no further than Martin Rake. We're thrilled with our new home and grateful for his incredible support!
