We had an excellent experience with Cheryl representing us with our home sale. She was very thorough and knowledgeable of the current market trends in Southwest Florida. She demonstrated excellent communication skills and was easily reachable no matter what day or time it was. She was on-target when she explained to us where the market was and where she believe it was trending in our area. In the end, she was never pushy, always helpful and her expertise and professionalism was clear in all the interactions she had with us and with others on our behalf. It is very clear that Cheryl cares about her clients and we highly recommend her for your next house sale or purchase

Very dedicated to finding me my perfect home. Very knowledgeable about the market area. Keeps in constant contact through text, emails, phone. Kept track of all deadlines for closing. She really cares about her clients and finding them the perfect home.
