I first met Mr. Thompson at an open house, and he was super welcoming and helpful right away. At the time, we were talking with a few another Realtor, and I really appreciated that he was always respectful, professional, and never pushy or overbearing. Once we decided to work with him, he helped us through several home showings and made the whole process feel smooth, organized, and stress-free. His communication was great, and he always followed up so we stayed informed and confident every step of the way. Even when we ran into a difficult seller, Mr. Thompson stayed patient, supportive, and focused on what was best for us. He stayed closely involved through the negotiations and ultimately helped us successfully close on our home. We’re really grateful for his professionalism, dedication, and excellent service. Cheryl and Chris are one of a kind. We never once felt like we were just another home to sell or just another dollar to be made. Chris went out of his way to answer questions, make suggestions and showed up more as a friend or family member than someone trying to sell our home and help us buy a new one. This was the easiest selling/buying process we've ever had and we are grateful for their dedication and commitment to our situation!

Cheryl was my number one choice among 5 realtors that I interviewed. Every realtor has their own strategy in how they approach a potential sale. Cheryl emphasized the home and what would make it stand out, NOT just a house based on the comparables. Her unique approach was what made her different. This was my home, one that I thought I would never sell or move away from. It was not just a house, it was a place that I tailored to meeting every need. I had made improvements that would make everyday living easier to manage and focus on being energy efficient. That was a very important point to present on why this home was different. Cheryl acknowledged the positives and worked very hard to ensure the realtors showing the home were made aware of these. The team approach between Chris and Cheryl, made the overall experience even better. This duo of a team provides a service that is not encountered with just any realtor. They do provide not just a marketing of the house, but an overall service in everything. I found that very comforting especially when I moved on to my new property. We had the pleasure of working with Cheryl to sell our house and find our new home, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
