Mabel was the best agent I could hope to have for buying my new home! She was extremely knowledgeable and her ability to convey that knowledge as guidance in the homebuying process was impeccable. As someone who had never bought a house before, I doubt I could have gotten through it without her help! She was instrumental in getting our offer to the top of the pile, something very difficult to do in these competitive times. And after the offer was accepted, she showed us how to navigate the home buying system so well we were able to close on the house in only 21 days! I have to give a huge shout out to Mabel. We moved to this area from 600 miles away and did not know one person. She helped us find a house. She worked diligently with us and helped tremendously. After we moved, I still don’t know many people and I go to her for information about the area all of the time. She always helps any way she can. We are very grateful that we were placed with her during our relocation.
