From pre-listing preparations to her guidance on how the process would flow, she was right about everything - what we needed to do and focus on, and how to manage the offer and contract process. She knows her market and the details that make a home stand out. Another thing that stood out was her unfailing and smiling help stepping in to tend to the details in getting the home ready for showings and meeting handymen to let them in while we were in the chaos of a move. Her commitment to us as her clients was outstanding.

Lisa was fantastic with the advice she gave on getting the house ready to sell and then staging it when we put it on the market (we moved out then put the house up for sale) My husband questioned much of what she told us but when he saw how the house looked when it went on the market, he quickly changed his attitude and thought it looked great and the advice and staging made a huge difference! I feel she went above and beyond to communicate with us throughout the process and in helping achieve what needed to be done. Couldn't have been happier with the service Lisa provided!
