Patrick was instrumental in defining how and to whom i would be selling my home in a way that did not exclude any potential buyers. In addition he was instrumental in negotiating with the buyer some details that were fundamental to the sale.

I can't say enough about George Shae, and the work he put in to get my house sold. I was an out of state seller, which made it even more difficult. George stepped up and provided much more than standard Realtor services. He also took care of maintenance issues, coordinated with repairmen, and was there at every step along the way. He kept me informed as we navigated through the sales process in a very difficult real estate market. He was great at returning calls and texts, and my advocate through the contract and closing process. George started off as a referral when I needed a Realtor, and ended up a friend.

This is the second time we’ve worked with Stephanie, once to buy and this time to sell. Again, her service was top-notch going far beyond the expectations that I have for a real estate agent. For the sale we had to clean up my mother‘s house and sell it quick and Stephanie helped with all of that. She navigated multiple investor offers that were very low and end up getting something for us that met everyone’s needs.
