It always felt like she was genuinely representing our interests rather than pushing us to close a sale. Her attention-to-detail and organization really stood out during the escrow and document signing process. Despite going through a drawn out escrow process (due to issues with the property) and having to sign so many documents, we never felt overwhelmed. She gave us a proper timeline of things, explained each step along the way, and gave us only a few things to do at each stage. This made us very relaxed and in control during the whole process.
