Miko has been awesome to work with. We moved out of state when we put our house for sale. Miko worked with different contractors for us to take care of the pool, yard, and all of the repairs required by the inspection. She kept us updated constantly and we never had a moment of worry. She really went above and beyond to take care of us and our property. Miko kept all parties on track so that we could close in a little over a month and higher than the asking price! The house is great but came needing some cosmetic upgrades. Miko always made herself available to access the home to trades people. Also, the home had a solar lease that got confusing.
