He was always on time to showings, offered up suggestions almost as soon as new homes became available, and provided valuable market insight when making offers. The quality I appreciated most from Dan as my real estate agent..... he was not pushing me to buy something I couldn't afford or pushing me to buy a home just to make a sale. He worked to make sure the home I purchased was a good fit and ultimately what I was looking for. He also worked to make sure everything was accomplished on time and there were no hiccups once I had an accepted offer. I closed escrow in less than 30 days. Should I have any additional real estate needs in the future, I will definitely be asking Dan to be my realtor again.
