This is my 7th home sale over 45 years and was an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to Ryan. He knows the market and exactly what to do to maximize the sale price with the minimum required investment. He general contracted the primarily cosmetic work we did to freshen up the house, and had great ideas for relatively small things that really brought the house into the present. Ryan is a consummate professional with excellent communication and people skills, which are of course essential to make this process work.
