I found April Green from diligent research through Google, Yelp and Rate My Agent. All the reviews were so complimentary I was intrigued. Before I chose my realtor I interviewed 4 different people/real estate companies. I chose April because she listened, she was realistic about the value vs. current real estate market, and she seemed eager to get the listing and I took a leap of faith. I'm so glad, I chose her. Her attention to detail through out the process was fantastic. She gave me step by step advise and support. She advocated well during negotiations and went above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with.
