Fantastic agent that gets things done

James was always timely in his responses and ensured that all home inspection items were completed. I appreciated his candor and openness on homes that I looked at and how they met my needs. I highly recommend James and would have no hesitation to partner with him again.

Feel so lucky to have found James!

Not only did he help sell our house in days, he was there before we listed advising on best approach to maximize our sale potential. He even helped us after the sale from estate sale recommendations to repairs and more. Thank you for all of your hard work and much needed and appreciated extra help!

Best Experience Selling AND Buying

I am so grateful we were referred to James. Right out the gate he quickly impressed us at our initial meeting by showing up to our house with permit info. He had done his homework! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. We had a very specific city we were aiming to move to and James helped make it happen. I can’t express enough how grateful we are. He responded to all of our crazy questions so quickly and diligently. 100/10 stars in my book
