Very fast at communicating and accommodating showings in this market! She is wonderful!

Very professional, answered all my questions

Selling our parent's home was not an easy task. There was a lifetime of possessions and memories to deal with. The process understandably took a bit of time and care. We were so very thankful to have Romi there with us every step of the way. Her expertise and support guided us to a very successful outcome. Her knowledge of the market, efficiency, and problem solving skills were invaluable. We could not ask for a more outstanding agent, and we would highly recommend Romi to anyone needing a realtor.

Michelle was always there to answer any questions we had no matter how small, or how late into the night we got ahold of her after working late. Her knowledge on the market and really the whole process made us feel very comfortable throughout.

Michelle was available at all times of the day, which helped with us being on closing shifts. Any question no matter how silly & stupid she answered it and made sure we understood what she was saying. I felt VERY protected. Anytime I was concerned I went to her and it was like a weight being lifted off your chest. The way she explained escalation clause and how to negotiate in general helped us make an offer because we wouldn’t have known where to even start with numbers and offers. Michelle went above and beyond for us. I will always remember that.

We had a prior tenant that did not treat our property well. Mike assessed the situation and communicated honestly about what we were looking at before we were able to sell. It did take longer than we all hoped for due to the last tenant, but Mike dialed it in and made it happen!

Sebastian was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I could tell he cared about finding me the write home and wasn't just trying to make a sale. I would recommend Sebastian to anyone looking to buy a home and I will definitely work with him again.

Sebastian was professional and easy to talk to. He was available whenever I needed him.

Rhesa was absolutely amazing helping us navigate purchasing land for “sale by owner” deal. The seller was a bit difficult once the purchase agreement was signed but Rhesa was able to handle everything with grace despite the frustrations felt by us the buyers.

Christina is compassionate and professional. She will make sure you can have the best experience it can be with buying/selling your home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
