Bachelor of Science in Education from Kent State University, have completed a number of post graduate hours. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I was a teacher in Stark County for 23 years and loved the job. However, real estate allows some flexibility in my schedule that teaching did not. Real estate gives me the opportunity to continue to help people make important decisions. I have never felt like a salesperson, but rather still a teacher… just a different subject! And I love this job, too! 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in Kings Creek in Plain Township… terrific neighbors, convenient location, close to family, great school system. 4. How do you spend your free time? Visiting with family, especially kids and grandkids, volunteering at our church, Faith Family. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? My family lives in Plain Township, Canton, Ohio. I love Plain because our community is very diverse and we have friends from every walk of life. There's something for everyone. 4. How do you spend your free time? I am an active volunteer and board member in the Rotary Club of Plain Township, Board Member and Alumni Co-Chairperson of the Plain Foundation and Alumni Association. I’m also an active community supporter and business sponsor of many different events. Our family loves to travel to new places, and we are always looking for a new adventure. 5. The Team went up and above all my expectations as a realtor.

The team was always available to help, including setting up camera's helping instruct us regarding repairs, issues with inspections, and actually helped us make some of the repairs. Communication was spot on through the entire process from listing to closing. Questions were answered within minutes not hours. Excellent experience! They will be our number 1 choice for a realtor.

The Patience of a Saint

Chris was so patient and understanding as she helped me look for a condominium. It took a long time to find just what I needed, but we finally did it! Above and Beyond Throughout the Entire Process

We had an excellent experience working with Rich (and Dana). Since we were looking at multiple properties, they arranged online showings of several homes, which made the process extremely convenient. Communication was always excellent and prompt, and our questions were answered thoroughly and quickly. What we appreciated most was that Rich was not simply focused on helping us purchase a home. He took the time to perform comparable property (comp) analysis and helped us understand whether a property was reasonably priced. He also pointed out potential flaws and concerns with some of the homes we were considering and, when appropriate, advised us against buying them. We truly felt that our best interests were being put first. Even after the purchase was completed, Rich remained willing to help and answer questions whenever we needed assistance. That level of continued support really demonstrated how much they cared about their clients beyond simply closing the deal. Rich's professionalism, responsiveness, market knowledge, honesty, and dedication made the entire home-buying process much easier and gave us confidence in our decisions. We are very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. We would definitely work with them again!
