Sandy was amazing! Before we started looking at houses, she sat down with us one-on-one to learn more about us, not only in terms of our preferences but also on a personal level. She took the time to guide us through the home buying process as first time home owners and all of the contracts involved. Since we were looking in the Cleveland area, Sandy traveled all the way from Canton to show us around 30 houses over the span of multiple days. She also took into account my parents’ considerations without losing sight of what we wanted. When we were ready to put in an offer on the house, she was incredibly supportive and responsive to any questions/concerns we had while going through the closing process.
