Especially after we moved from the area, she went above and beyond and checking the house regularly and emptied the dehumidifier several times ;again, very thorough. We certainly appreciate her efforts.

I love the way Rhesa had a professional photographer take pictures of our house. She did a great job staging the house. She has a lot of great connections that can help with repairs. She even paid for one of the small repairs that we needed done. She also returns your phone calls promptly.

Rhesa helped us every step of the way to sell a house. She sets the price as an appraiser would, she looks diligently for qualified buyers, she makes time for every phone call, she follows up with every detail. This is the 3rd house she has been our agent for. If you want the BEST agent for your listing, CALL RHESA!

She wasn't very helpful in the price negotiations. She was very knowledgeable about the market. I had mentioned about the items the seller left behind and didn't get a response. Now we're trying to figure out what to do with these items. At times I got the impression I was bothering her when I texted her.

Julie and Peggy did a wonderful job listing our home and giving us recommendations on pricing. We sold our home the first day it was listed for a full price offer. We are thrilled with Julie and Peggy. They have been professionals throughout and have always been very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend using the Johnston team.

Julie Mysza did a wonderful job in keeping us informed and was instrumental in assisting us to close and gain possession in a very tight timeframe.

My husband and I are semiretired and were looking to downsize to a condominium. We contacted Peggy and started our journey. Peggy was very knowledgeable about Plain Township and helped us find the perfect condominium. She also completed a lot of research to help us sell our home in Plain Township. While it was a difficult decision to sell our home of 25 years, Peggy was very understanding and supportive. She communicated with us through every step in a process that was a journey. We are so appreciative of her commitment to helping us. We highly recommend Peggy and her team for your real estate needs.
