This is my second time buying through Kaszyca Real Estate. Katie was my agent both times. She is a fantastic agent and I could not recommend her enough. She's extremely easy to talk to and very personable, sometimes we would just sit down and talk about life for a while before we ever got to talking about housing. It took me several months to find what I was looking for and over that period of time I had lots of questions and I knew that I could simply sent her a text or a voice message and she would be getting back to me in short order with insightful advice. When I finally found what I was looking for and was ready to put in an offer, Katie patiently walked me through all the steps and made sure I understood each step of the process. In the end she was able to handily negotiate a somewhat unique deal for me that perfectly fit my financial and life situation and I couldn't be happier.

While we did not work with Julie personally, we had the pleasure of working with Lori, who is on her team. Lori was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us as we struggled with this long grueling process. We began our search in early spring and finally settled on a home in early fall. Lori helped us with many showings, open houses, placing and accepting offers. This proved to be a very taxing process due to our particular circumstances. However, we finally landed on a beautiful home and couldn't be happier. Lori was very knowledgable, and always was prepared with comps and other listing information. She was readily available, day or night, week or weekday which is not always true with others in her field. Overall, pretty satisfied with the outcome. I did only mark 4 / 5 stars because I feel like at times there was a lot of the automated system sending homes and I felt like I was constantly searching. Whereas, I would have liked to get texted with possible listings that fit our must have criteria more frequently. I feel like that would have been a little more personal. However, I know we are not the only people looking for a home and that is probably not sustainable. Again, overall good experience and elated to move this weekend!
