When I first spoke to Rhesa she let me know that she'd help us in getting our house ready for listing. I assumed she meant referring people for painting, removing wallpaper, etc. What I did not expect was her physically helping us, but she and our daughter removed the wallpaper themselves. All of her recommended contractors were excellent and did a great job. As a TV commercial says "I got a man" and Rhesa does. Chances are we will never purchase a house again, but if we do Rhesa will be our only choice of Realtors.
