Kathie was truly the best! In spite of unexpected complications, she never faltered in her pursuit of a buyer. She spent countless hours contacting those who could provide information and, in many cases, doing what the other realtor should have been doing. Kathie always took calls, contacted people who could provide necessary information, and made arrangements for anyone who needed access to the house. We cannot say enough in praise of her dedication, knowledge, devotion, concern, commitment, and professionalism.

We have used Kathie in the past and we are so pleased from start to finish. She goes out of her way to be available and helpful and I would not recommend anyone else. She is professional and personable and we really appreciated how easy she made the buying/selling process!
