Experience was great. Showed many houses in the price range we were looking for and when it was time to make an offer guided us through the process. Meredith make the experience so easy and would recommend to anyone interested in a home purchase

We have worked with Rich over the past 6 weeks to both buy and sell a house. We could not have been more pleased with each transaction. Rich is an excellent communicator and kept us informed on both processes from the beginning to the end. He went above and beyond on the buy side to help determine easements on the property, even making a trip to the courthouse and having his architect complete drawings so we knew exactly what we were working with. He is accommodating and jumps in on each and every issue to be sure of a positive outcome! We highly recommend him and will definitely call him when our next real estate need arises!

Very responsive, great communication

I had a great experience working with Greg Pepper to sell my home. He was knowledgeable, dependable, and always quick to answer questions, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I truly appreciated his support and professionalism, and I would be happy to recommend him to others.

This is the 8th home I have bought or sold with this team. I trust the team with my info and their recommendations. Great communication and followup on each step of the way. They are pros in real estate and I would recommend giving them a try. They know the real estate market and the steps required to buy and sell a home, and make it as easy as posssible.

We started listening to what Amy had to say about our existing house, and she suggested ideas to renovate before we present our house to probable buyers. We followed her suggestions and made the house prepared and ready. The selling process went to our satisfaction. Amy Novak is not only a selling agent, but a mentor and guide who stays during the entire process. The process will require seller's faith on parties involved and, in the process itself, understanding of market conditions aligned with the house to be sold, and the ability to take decisions faster and univocally. Most importantly, Amy is always there on seller's side and seller should make her feel like an equal partner from start to finish. We wish the very best for Amy and her group at Cutler.

They were very responsive, ALWAYS answered or phone calls, emails, etc.. She is very professional and gets down to business! I know anytime I ever want to buy a house, Hope will be my real estate agent all the way!!! O

We truly could not have asked for a better realtor throughout this process! Buying a home can be overwhelming and stressful, but Hope made the entire experience so much easier. She was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and compassionate during our home-buying journey. Hope took the time to answer all of our questions, guide us through every step, and make sure we felt confident in our decisions. We are so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

She was very professional and very nice. We went to go see several houses together. Concerned our likes and dislikes. Then the other houses we saw were what our needs and wants were. She took her time with us and was very patient. If ever I bought another house she is my realtor. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about her
