Strong knowledge of market and great communication, very helpful in helping me to get house ready to sell.

Terri did a fantastic job explaining all the steps, being clear with decisions that had to be made, and guided us effortlessly through all the steps to sell our house. I am grateful for her partnership and leadership to help us!

She wasn't very helpful in the price negotiations. She was very knowledgeable about the market. I had mentioned about the items the seller left behind and didn't get a response. Now we're trying to figure out what to do with these items. At times I got the impression I was bothering her when I texted her.

Very helpful with questions, she made the very stressful transaction very easy for me. she explained every steep to me in a way that made sense. if you're looking for an agent in the local area, please use Ashley.

The communication was excellent and she stayed on top of things with bank and title company. Stress free from start to closing

Ashley was in the thick of our sale from the beginning. In three days after meeting, she had our home on the market with great pictures and description. Her communication was timely and clear. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns and made sure to ask if we needed anything. Ashley was present at every step and had solid advice while also listening to our needs. I highly recommend her to anyone selling their home. Ashley is a rock star!
