Cutler Real Estate asked Ashley a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Ashley's replies. 1. What is your professional/educational background? I worked for a number of years in yellow page advertising. I have also done everything from construction work to receptionist work. I am currently a full-time Driver, which allows me the freedom to continue raising my children. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I love everything about it. I am a very social person and love interacting with the public. I am a problem solver and I love helping others. Also isn't it neat that we get to experience so many different places and see so many different things. I love the change of scenery. Also, the freedom of being an independent contractor is very appealing. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live on the southwest side of Carrollton. I grew up there, and so my comfort will always lie in that area. I love living the country life and I also like the change of seasons. Very different from Florida, where I spent 10 years in the blazing sun. 4. How do you spend your free time? Well, as of recently, studying to become a Real Estate Sales Associate. My kids also keep me very busy with activities. I also like to spend time with friends and family and play cards. Plus, trying to keep up with the lawn it keeps me very busy. 5. Cutler Real Estate asked Diane a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Diane's replies. 1. What is your professional/educational background? Accredited real estate courses 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I wanted to help people realize their dream of owning a home where they spend time with loved ones and making life long memories 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? Living at Lake Mohawk and in a lake community since 1988 has been a rewarding experience. Every day is different but the beautiful lake views are constant. Having the lake in your back yard with a boat or kayak, it doesn't get any better! 4. How do you spend your free time? I like to spend free time with family... whether at an event or having dinner on the deck, family gatherings are the most fun and relaxing times. 5. 1. What is your professional/educational background? I graduated with my diploma from Louisville High School in 2022. I also went to R.G. Drage, a vocational school, got my STNA license and graduated in 2022 as well. I attended The University of Akron online and graduated with an associates degree in technical studies. I took my real estate classes through Hondros and passed my test January of 2025. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I've always had a passion for real estate. Buying or selling a home is a major moment, and I wanted to be someone clients could count on to guide them with care and confidence. I chose real estate because it allows me to work for myself, grow my business, and build long-term relationships. I love the combination of strategy, people, and problem solving. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in the small town of Minerva, I love being in the peacefulness of the country. I really enjoy spending my free time outdoors so being so close to a variety of parks, ponds, and farmlands really gives me the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of a small town. We have a variety of locally owned businesses and diners to really show support to our neighbors. 4. How do you spend your free time? I really enjoy spending time outside. Hiking, taking my dog for walks, or just relaxing on the porch are my favorite things to do. I love enjoying the beauty of nature. When I'm not outside I really like being in the kitchen, I love to cook and bake whether I'm trying a new recipe or making my favorite go to. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? The five possessions I would keep are my phone because you can't really do anything without it and it hold photos, numbers, and keeps me updated. My phone charger because our phones only stay charged so long. My car, I love my car it gets me everywhere I need to be and I drive a lot. The earrings that my grandma gave me.
