We needed to make some selling price adjustments to complete the required deal however we gladly did so realizing how correct Robyn and Melanie were about the reality of the current home marketplace. Everything eventually ended with a happy outcome and that was all we expected. We have made our move to Florida and thank Robyn and Melanie for their exceptional real estate service.
