Why did you choose a career in real estate? My mom has been in real estate my entire life and I wanted to team up with her. I enjoy working with people and helping them find their dream home. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live at Lake Mohawk in Malvern. It is a 500 are lake with unlimited horsepower. I enjoy boating and spending time with my family on our lake. 4. How do you spend your free time? Spending time with my family and friends. I also volunteer as a watch in my community. 5. Robyn Clark Robyn specializes in Lake Mohawk and Carroll County areas! She has been in Real Estate and serving the Lake Mohawk area since 1998. Robyn is a graduate of Floyd Wickmans “Sweat Hogs” course and Leadership Realtor. She completed Fast Track training in 2003, Ninja Training in 2019 and from 2000-2016 she received the OAR Presidents Sales Club Award of Achievement. Excellent communication, great advice, and overall terrific service.

We had a difficult situation with a buyer, but Robyn was right on top of it. When the buyer backed out, at the last minute, she contacted a backup and the house was sold in a month. Outstanding service!

Great experience with the sale of my home

Melanie was a great communicator, keeping me updated about the sale of my home while I was out of state. The marketing was amazing. Beautiful pictures of the house and property. Robyn and Melanie were very professional letting me know everything needed to sell and make good decisions. Thanks to them I received bids over the asking price and was very happy with the sale of my home.

Thorough, competent, and inspiring

We have worked with Robyn and her mother over the years on the purchase of two houses and the sale of one. After Ava's retirement, Melanie is a great addition to the team. I believe there are no realtors who know Lake Mohawk better than Robyn and Melanie. Their professionalism, thorough analysis of our property, helpful and supportive approach, and availability to ask questions and make suggestions made our latest sale process the best it could have possibly been. They complement each other well. We recommend them highly.

As soon as I contacted Robin, she went to work advertising my home on all platforms. The first interested buyer was from Texas. And the actual buyer is from Pennsylvania! The team worked together to give me all the attention I needed.
