We have worked with Theresa over ten past 6 years to buy and sell homes. She is so knowledgeable and patient with all of us. I couldn’t ask for anyone better than her. She is like part of our family and I just love her.

I just cannot express my gratitude for Kim Merckle. From the first time I talked to her on the phone, to explain my unique situation, to the closing of the sale, she was right there. Never too busy to discuss any questions that came up. Kim had the answers to all of my questions. There were frustrating moments on my end, and Kim was always there to talk me down off the ledge. If you ever need an agent to stand by your side, if you have any questions, I would highly recommend Kim Merckle. She went above and beyond. Thank you Kim. You are truly an asset to your company.

The team was always available to help, including setting up camera's helping instruct us regarding repairs, issues with inspections, and actually helped us make some of the repairs. Communication was spot on through the entire process from listing to closing. Questions were answered within minutes not hours. Excellent experience! They will be our number 1 choice for a realtor.

Mr. Ford worked with us to provide guidance on updating the house and obtaining an offer. He was professional throughout the process and supported us along the way.
