When seeing houses, she would point things out that we didn't see, a stain in the carpet, a ceiling tile coming down, or a roof that would need replaced. She always listened to what we had to say, even when we were discussing aspects about a house. She was very attentive to us and would respond to us within minutes when we had questions or concerns. She would email us houses that fit within our budget and specifications of what we wanted. The compassion, empathy, and optimism she showed kept us going on those days we feared we would never find our home. When we found our home, she was by our side through the entire process. She was there for the inspection, the paperwork, final walk through, and finalizing it all.
