She always listened to what we had to say, even when we were discussing aspects about a house. She was very attentive to us and would respond to us within minutes when we had questions or concerns. She would email us houses that fit within our budget and specifications of what we wanted. The compassion, empathy, and optimism she showed kept us going on those days we feared we would never find our home. When we found our home, she was by our side through the entire process. She was there for the inspection, the paperwork, final walk through, and finalizing it all. She's extremely easy to talk to and very personable, sometimes we would just sit down and talk about life for a while before we ever got to talking about housing. These girls are phenomenal! They guided my husband and I through the selling process with ease. Their guidance in staging the house and pictures were top notch. And might I say, once our house went live on their site, in four, yes four!, hours our house was sold.

Pam and Jeff have strong market knowledge and are very responsive to our questions. Jeff did a great job taking pictures of our house, then more drone pictures were added later at our request. At the beginning, we were skeptical about the quick sale of our buyer's house and were very reluctant to accept a contingent offer from our buyer. But it turned out that Pam was right about the quick sale of our buyer's house. Their home actually closed BEFORE our home closed which was music in our ears. They put the buyer first before the sale and ensure satisfaction. They are extremely patient and helped us envision the qualities of the homes we looked at. Even if it meant looking at 11 in less than two weeks haha. Dean is knowledgeable on potential risks in terms of hazards in the homes we looked at, and Deb is very knowledgeable on the title agencies and on how FHA functions. Together they made a wonderful team to work with that I have and will recommend others to use in their home buying process.
