Pam and Jeff have strong market knowledge and are very responsive to our questions. Jeff did a great job taking pictures of our house, then more drone pictures were added later at our request. At the beginning, we were skeptical about the quick sale of our buyer's house and were very reluctant to accept a contingent offer from our buyer. But it turned out that Pam was right about the quick sale of our buyer's house. Their home actually closed BEFORE our home closed which was music in our ears. Jeff listened to what we needed from a new house. From there he shared potential houses with us, informed us about aspect of some properties we needed to understand and was always available to show me a house no matter how far away. I often bounced house options off Jeff to get his input, that input was always helpful. When we visited houses he quickly checked key things to confirm the house was viable for us to consider.
