We encountered one interested Buyer early on that agreed to a contract and then nervously sat through 5 months of no other interest while the contingency Buyer tried to sell their home. We were super anxious to receive any good news. Melanie did her best to keep us informed and confident our home would close. Melanie and Robyn’s real estate knowledge and professionalism became truly appreciated by us when they located a cash buyer willing to close within a 30 day period on our Buyer’s home! We needed to make some selling price adjustments to complete the required deal however we gladly did so realizing how correct Robyn and Melanie were about the reality of the current home marketplace. Everything eventually ended with a happy outcome and that was all we expected. We have made our move to Florida and thank Robyn and Melanie for their exceptional real estate service.
