Debra always responded quickly. She sent me listings that matched my chosen location and price range. She was very patient with me, even when I didn't put in an offer on the "perfect" house. It really was a great house but there were a few reasons that it wouldn't work for me. She was willing to negotiate and was very professional about it. She and Dean were very helpful.
