I just cannot express my gratitude for Kim Merckle. From the first time I talked to her on the phone, to explain my unique situation, to the closing of the sale, she was right there. Never too busy to discuss any questions that came up. Kim had the answers to all of my questions. There were frustrating moments on my end, and Kim was always there to talk me down off the ledge.
