Lori was amazing from start to finish. I actually contacted her about a house she was selling a couple years ago (it didn't work out), but I like her so much I kept her contact info for when I was ready to sell my own home. She never pressured me or tried to give me a sales pitch in order to retain her services. When I was ready to sell, she helped me ensure my house was ready for sale, helped me stay on track with getting it ready and even when we had a household crisis of sorts (husband tore his bicep tendon, I was newly pregnant and I have a special needs son already), she and her husband came out to the house to help me clear out a few extra things that were left behind when we had no other help to lift/carry things out. She was always professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help reduce work and stress on my end. We sold our house for right where we wanted and expected too. Would use again in the future if we ever sell our current house.

My realtor Kaela is a very beautiful person inside and out. Kaela was not only considerate but patient as well. When I became unsure about which house to choose after being showed several. Kaela spoke with me about the pros and cons of certain houses. I felt very comfortable working with Kaela as she made sure all my questions were answered. Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

He is very knowledgable and thorough agent who cares for your wants and needs but is also there to give you guidance in making your own decisions.
