We received many tips and tricks for picture staging and sell-timing strategy. Nancy had great contacts, too. A stager and photographer (that had the ability to add a floor plan) were utilized. Somehow Nancy was able to make us feel heard and was open to our input without compromising on what would sell our property. She also was a rockstar during negotiations as we had out-of-state buyers and other challenging details. Our selling process was smoother than we had hoped!
